Located in the heart of historical Benicia and built in 1854 by Captain Paladini for his bride, this charming home has been lovingly maintained and restored to its original splendor. Hand-pegged plank floors of cherry wood, and beautiful carpets accent the common areas of the Inn. Situated on 1/3 acre with a beautiful garden and large brick patio area and shaded by stately Eucalyptus trees, The Inn at Benicia Bay offers 9 elegant rooms decorated with period pieces, antiques and original artwork. Each room features a private bath, cable TV, individually controlled heat and air conditioning, and wireless high-speed internet access to provide both the business traveler and the vacationing guest the luxuries of the 21st century, while still maintaining the peaceful and less hurried feeling of the 19th century.

We feature a fully stocked library with a cozy sitting area. Breakfast is served each day in our lovely Dining Room, downstairs in the main house. We offer a full European Continental breakfast, as well as a daily hot breakfast dish and freshly baked goods.

The Inn is also the perfect location for your special events. We can accommodate up to 175 people for weddings, corporate events, parties or meetings. Our Catering staff can provide a wide array of sumptuous menu items. Our Wedding Coordinator can work with you to design a wedding day as special as you are.
